We ships anywhere in the continental US.If merchandise is in stock, it usually ships in 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers provided. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged. Contact Customer Service to arrange for re-shipment.
Oversized White Glove Delivery:
We deliver some oversized products with White Glove service (the product page will indicate if this delivery method will be used). White Glove service includes inside placement up to two flights of stairs, unpacking of items, debris removal, and limited set up of product (15 minutes, no use of tools). The freight carrier will schedule your White Glove delivery appointment for a 4-hour window generally between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to request additional services. Carriers may charge for additional services you request.
Refused Delivery:
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $100 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item. Some items may also incur a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the item’s price. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse.
Terms and Conditions:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our items purchased,you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days from the day you receive the item.
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item but shipping costs are not refundable.The item must be in its original (new) condition and packaging and prior authorization must be arranged by phone or email. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well.
